Writeups

Ohio St- A lot of credit is being given to the Penn St head coach for his team's performance under such difficult circumstances. However the Nittany Lions have been getting wins against lesser teams. They will be facing a big step up in talent against the Buckeyes. Even with Ohio St's qb situation being a little iffy, the Buckeyes overall talent will prevail against on the road.

Nebraska- The Huskers are starting to put it together and although their defense has been struggling, they are facing a Michigan team that has been out of sync on the offensive side of the ball all season. The Huskers will score on this Michigan defense and will be able to do enough on defense to get the cover.

Washington- There is no love lost between these teams and Washington matches up well. Both teams have been playing pretty rugged defense. This will not be a shoot out and Washington will need a big performance from their QB who has been a little underwhelming this year. I like the Huskies defense to hold their own and for the offense to make a couple of key plays and for the Huskies to get another big upset win.

Florida- Late pick here. The gators will continue to take care of business with their stellar defense.

Notre Dame/Okla- I don't expect a lot out of the Irish offensively but I do like their defense to prove against a high flying offense how good they really are. I think there will be some big plays on both sides but not a lot touchdowns. Look for some dramatic stops for the Irish defense and conservative play calling from the offense as the Irish will try to win this one late.

Colorado St- Not a lot of highlights for either of these teams and this is a tough spot for Hawaii to play motivated. Meanhwhile CSU will be very excited to get a win in front of the home crowd.
