South Carolina- Rare chance for S. Carolina to kick Florida when they are done. Expect them to do so.
Baylor- Getting back to this bet. Should be a high scoring affair by both teams. This should be easy.
Stanford- Biting on this one. USC has been winning against inferior opponents. Comes to an abrupt end tonight.
Zona St/OSU- counting on the Sun Devils getting their offense back on track.

Writeups:
Northwestern- NWU's struggles all come down to 2 main factors, injuries and their offensive line. The injuries are a bit better and this week the offensive line has a favorable matchup. In NWU's losses the O line could not consistently rush the qb. Michigan's defensive line is far from dominant and won't be able to rush the passer well enough to disrupt the Wildcat's timing.
Michigan is also in a bad place mentally while beating Michigan is always huge for NWU. Look for a big edge in motivation go to NWU.
Nebraska- I have to give Nebraska credit, their defense has come around. Michigan St's offense has been getting it done but this is a step up in class for their offense and it will show. This game will come down to turnovers and Nebraska will do a better job in that category and get the cover.
Indiana- Something about this game keeps catching my eye. I keep thinking back to Wisconsin's struggles against the Arizona St passing attack. I think Indiana can replicate that success however Wisconsin has gotten better since then. I like Indiana to score some points and get the team total over and do just enough to cover the big number.

Nebraska/Michigan- Both team's offenses have been carrying them. Michigan will play much better at home however their defense can't contain Nebraska and vice versa for Nebraska.

11/2 College Football Picks- Part 2
1-1 this morning. Time for the big one and some others.
5 Star Pick
Tennessee +11 vs Missouri
Tennessee Team Total over 21.5
Top Pick:

Writeups:
Tennessee- The vols are in a great spot here. Despite this being a road game, the Vols will becoming in full of confidence. Missouri is coming off the devastating loss and more importantly, the Tigers had a weakness exposed last week by South Carolina. Missouri's offensive did not hold up in the 2nd half as SC pressured their QB and harrassed their wide receivers on the line. Missouri's timing got disrupted and the rest is history. Surely Tenn. will do the same thing and Missouri will try to adjust. However it is difficult to change your offense on the fly especially one predicated on timing like the Tigers.
Look for a fast start for Tennessee. I will be taking them on the money line as well as this game will come down to the final minute and I like UT's chance for the straight up win.
Miami- Pretty much everyone is calling for the blowout win by FSU and everything looks that. I however really like Miami to hang in this from start to finish. The Miami defense is very solid and does not get a lot of credit. FSU's offense has been terrific and they will be a challenge for Miami but they will be challenged for the first time this year and funny things happen when you can't do the things you expect to do for the first time. I am not calling for the SU upset but Miami will not be intimidated and will make the Seminoles sweat.
UTEP- Not planning on watching much of this one. Looking for UTEP to get a couple of TD's in garbage time which will be extended in this blowout and the team total over.
Texas Tech- Will be interesting to see how they bounceback. I am not sold on OSU and will take a shot on the red raiders.

Penn St- The big factor (that not many people are talking about) is the revenge factor for Penn St. Remember that Illinois was the first team to show up to Penn St's campus to try to recruit players. This has not been forgotten by the Penn St coaches, players or the fans.
Illinois will have to overcome their talent deficit and the fact that PSU plays much better at home. Adding the extra incentive from PSU and the Nittany Lions will be able to handle Illinois and cover this game by closer to 3 TD's than 2.
NC/NC St- Both teams are offensively oriented and will be bringing their best offensive games and trying to secure an important bragging rights game. NC St is not going anywhere this year however a win in this one gives them momentum for recruiting. NC will likely get to a bowl and a win here keeps them on the respectable route. Both teams will look for their offenses to lead the way.
